Simon Boyce, Managing Director

With over 28 years Sales Experience Simon started his career within the motor Trade and after 12 years decided to take a side step to work within the travel industry, but soon found in the late 90’s his niche within the social work recruitment sector. He joined a small Essex based Recruitment business and was responsible for the growth from 4 staff to 50 over a 12 years period, his work ethic is second to none and prides himself on his simple morals of treating people how they want to be treated and “never ask someone to do something you would never do yourself”

Simon is a very hands on manager who prides himself on still being a “biller” and will continue to lead by example. Simon strives to implement Hojona’s values of quality by ensuring our organisation strives to ‘not be the biggest, but always the best’. Simon has reviewed and listened to the demand of our current markets within the Health and Social Care Sector and as such in the past months has planned and implemented the launch of two new divisions within the organisation (Medical and MIND/Nursing).

Simon is looking forward to the challenges that the recruitment sectors currently have now and for the future, and welcomes any new talent to join him on his new journey.

Alex Sylvester, Sales Director

 

Jack Hill, Consultant (Social work)

Hojona was the beginning of Jack’s recruitment career having previously gained experience working in the insurance industry. Following the success of being in the top 3 highest grossing senior sales agents at his previous company, Jack decided to venture into recruitment.

From the beginning of his journey at Hojona, in January 2018, Jack has worked within the public and private Health and social care sector. Predominantly working with Public Sector Councils both locally and UK wide, Jack has found his calling in the Qualified Social work market.

Ashley Morrow, Consultant (Social work)

After making the move from Manchester to Essex, Ashley decided to make the move from Sales to Recruitment. Ashley’s journey at Hojona in September 2019 and she has already cemented her place in the family with her obvious dedication and huge persoanlity. Ashley works closely with Jack in the public and private social care sector and has become a Consultant with a wide range of skills and knowledge.

 

Olivia Brown

Olivia Joined the Hojona family at the start of 2020 and is already responsible for coordinating the recruitment for our mental health nurses and support staff in our Mind division. Olivia has 10 years of experience within the service industry and has worked in various job roles in that time, from hospitality to travel and tourism, and most recently within the public health sector working for the NHS.

 

Emily Dewar

Emily started her Hojona Career in late 2019 and it hasn’t taken her long to have a big impact. Since the beginning, Emily has learnt a wide range of skills and developed her knowledge primarily within the private sector. Emily handles a number of accounts that we supply agency staff too and has helped to further develop relationships in multiple different locations.

 

Jamie Aldridge

Jamie joined Hojona with a strong background of working in sales and with an already developed skillset in the medical recruitment sector. Jamie hit the ground running immediately and is going from strength to strength in the private mental health sector. Working directly with clients locally and UK wide has helped Jamie quickly establish himself at Hojona.
